摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell with low cost, compact size, and light weight having a high power-generating performance which can be used at low temperatures. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate of a honeycomb structure is composed of an electrode matter of at least one of the fluids, and channels constituting the honeycomb structure is composed of a channel with the electrode matter exposed to an inside wall face, and a channel laminated with a solid electrolyte film and the electrode matter of the other fluid on the inner wall face.
