PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond to an analog relay and a digital relay. SOLUTION: A bypass circuit is provided on a control substrate 18 with a control logic part 204 mounted bypassing a part of a break command from an analog relay or a digital relay to a control power source N through a resistance 312 and an auxiliary contact point 314. When a break command within a few amperes is inputted from the analog relay, a part of the break command is passed through the bypass circuit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
