PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having stable potential and image properties under entire atmosphere from low temperature and low humidity to high temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: In the photoreceptor in which an intermediate layer and photosensitive layer are laminated in turn on a conductive supporting body, the intermediate layer contains two or more kinds of conductive particles different in the primary particle diameter, the ratio A:B between the largest and the smallest average particle diameters A and B is 12:1-30:1, and the B is≤0.05μm. A content of the conductive particle in the intermediate layer is≥25 vol% and≤50 vol%, and the ratio of the A is≤15%. The volume resistance value of the intermediate layer at 23°C/55 RH% is 1×10E5 to 1×10E7Ωcm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
