PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller for characters or graphics on a blade of an electric fan. SOLUTION: Provided are a driving means, a rotating part which is driven by the driving means to rotate, a display unit fitted to the rotating part, and the display controller which controls the display unit to blink; and the afterimage characteristics of human eyes are used, the display unit is driven by the driving means or some other power to move at a uniform speed, and the cycle time of the movement is made shorter than the time of afterimage persistence. Further, blinking of the display unit is controlled by the display controller or other number circuits so that a stable picture with constant width will continuously be seen on a movement track surface of the display unit with the human eye.
