SOLUTION: This nondestructive measuring instrument is provided with a ball type hammer 1 hammering the surface of the concrete structure 10, a sensor for sampling an impact signal when hammering the structure by the hammer 1 and a control device 3 deducing the rigidity of the concrete structure from the impact signal sampled by the sensor based on Hertz impact theory.
