PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction plate with identifiers, capable of being used for identifying a particle aggregation determining vessel (reaction plate) which has been used for its test, even after completing the test as more reliable data. SOLUTION: The reaction plate 1 is a vessel for determining plate-type aggregation patterns, in particular, a vessel for determining particle aggregation, which has different identifiers by each kind respectively, and includes two or more kinds of wells 10, 10a matching with test methods, sensitivity, particle size values or test items. The reaction plate 1 with the identifiers, which is used for determining aggregative reactions, has unique identifiers for the kinds of wells, respectively, at the outline form of the wells so as to be recognized by an eye observation or an electronic photographing method, for example. The identifier is constituted of such as a notch 11 being formed by notching a portion of the peripheral region other than the bottom area of the plate having steps concentrically inside the well 10a.
