PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a current compressor wherein supply of the oil to a bearing part with a pressure difference is impossible and seizure is generated due to the operating condition of an air conditioner unit. SOLUTION: A lubricating oil passage for communicating an intermediate pressure space with a suction pressure atmospheric space is provided to generate a flow of the lubricating oil from a high-pressure space to a low-pressure space to supply the oil to the bearing part by using a pressure difference even in the case where a pressure difference between the pressure Pm of a boss part space and the pressure Ps of the suction pressure space is not large enough to get over the forceαgiven by a pressure control spring to open the pressure control valve due to the operating condition of the air conditioner unit.
