The housing (1) in the rear bodywork of the vehicle has two chambers (2,3) for two separate rear lights. The chambers are closed by curved cover glasses (12) and have rims (10,11) round the edges holding the glasses in place. There is a partition between the two lamps. Each lamp has an inner tube (6) fitting concentrically inside an outer tube (4,5) and the tubes carry mirrors and lenses. The ends of the tubes are shaped to fit against the cover glasses.
