FIELD: electrical measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: given procedure comes to simultaneous formation of integrals of product of voltage and current signals in load and of product of voltage and current signals in load delayed by fixed time interval. Measurement result is established by equal values of integrals at moments of equality of values of integration results even from start of measurements. Realization of proposed procedure makes it possible to build up active power meters, which measure active power with error in the order of 0.01%. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy. 5 dwg
