PURPOSE: Provided is a non-toxic and anhydrous hot-repair material which is amenable to spraying, molding, pouring and centrifugal separation due to its free-flowing or trickling form, and ensures excellent adhesion and durability without causing any harmful thermal impact. CONSTITUTION: The refractory repair batch material comprises a refractory material present in the form of granules, as a basic resistor component; and a binder system, wherein the binder system comprises at least hard bitumen component present in the form of granules, at least one ignitable metal powder, and at least one flammable mineral oil. Particularly, the resistor component is MgO, dolomite, Al2O3, MgAl2O4, SiO2, ZrO2 and/or chrome oxide.
