<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration wave motor unit with less noise even at high speed rotation which is easily repaired or cleaned. <P>SOLUTION: A relative movement part is divided to a mobile body 13 (first relative movement member) that contacts a vibrator 12, and a rotary ring 17 (second relative movement member) that moves integrally with the mobile body 13. A vibration proof part (first-third vibration proof members 15a-15c) is sandwiched in the pressurizing direction of a pressurizing spring 23 between the mobile body 13 and the rotary ring 17, where vibration isolation around a center in the pressurizing direction is set higher relative to vibration isolation near both ends. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
