<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales management system applied to such a sales contract as deciding a certain shipping frame and performing the shipment at any time according to the range of the shipping frame, capable of managing integrally the financial data including the stock quantity at the time of shipping, takings, and inventory assets, and a method for sales management. <P>SOLUTION: When a sales contract to decide a certain shipping frame and perform shipment at any time within the range of the frame is concluded, the information concerning the contracted contents including the shipping frame is stored in a database 30, and when a shipment instruction is given, a processing in accordance with the situation of the shipping frame is conducted by making reference to the database 30. In case the shipment instruction is the first one within the frame, the sales equivalent to the frame is reckoned up, and also for the remaining amount of inventory, a processing equivalent to the frame is conducted. Receiving the second shipment instruction and thereafter, the processing for the corresponding amount is not conducted mechanically, but within the range of the frame, a processing(s) to sum up the zero taking and/or nullify the subtraction amount of the remaining of inventory is/are conducted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
