PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately cope with and process a case when it is judged that a signal reception level deteriorates following the change of the area or the like and recording/recording processing cannot be easily continued for a mobile information terminal having a video/audio recording function of the TV and FM radio signals. SOLUTION: The mobile information terminal has a means for issuing an alarm regarding the video/audio recording processing via a display and an annuncing device when the level of a reception signal becomes a specific level or less while recording is made for a reception TV signal in a specific channel by the recording function. When there is a channel for broadcasting the same contents as the program of a channel being subjected to the recording, the recording is continued for the channel.
