PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency transistor array provided with a wiring pattern which divides base electrode wiring into three branches while restraining the amplitude and the displacement of the phase of an input signal. SOLUTION: In first to third line patterns each having an equal line length which branches out into three lines from a prescribed branching point, the first and second line patterns are line-symmetrically laid in mutually inverse directions with the branching point as a center. The third line pattern is made the same with axes of symmetry of the first and second line patterns. A branched line portion which is turned back in the inverse direction and joined after performing two branches to inverse directions mutually is line-symmetrically arranged in the middle of the line and laid.
