PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display case for merchandise sale capable of surety preventing a situation in which a merchandise cannot be sold. SOLUTION: This display case for merchandise sales is equipped with a front door 20 for opening/closing the front opening of a body case 10, a locking means 40 for locking the front door 20, a sales request acquiring means 50 for acquiring merchandise sales requests from buyers and a merchandise carry-out means 60 constructed so as to be capable of delivering the merchandise placed on a merchandise display rack 30 on the basis of the sales requests acquired by the sales request acquiring means 50. Additionally, the case comprises a detection means 70 for detecting whether the front door 20 is locked, a control means 80 for controlling the sales request acquiring means 50 so as to be capable of acquiring the sales request when the front door 20 is locked on the basis of the detection result by the detecting means 70.
