PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving and distributing device capable of decreasing an amount of a preservative added to a product, when the product is received in the device, and capable of furnishing the product with characteristics which the product never has when the product is received, after the product has been received. SOLUTION: This receiving and/or distributing device for the cosmetic product (P) has a container for receiving the product (P) and at least one material body (10) which is so designed as to contact with the product (P) at least partially on at least an occasion when the device is used, wherein the material body comprises a binder (17) into which particles (11) are integrated, at least some of the particles (11) are directly contacted with the product in at least partial areas, and at least one void (12; 85; 86; 91; 96; 98) which is visually confirmed by the naked eye is formed in the material body.
