PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle for high lift work capable of continuously performing a work on the sides of the vehicle while running the vehicle. SOLUTION: This vehicle 1 for high lift work comprises a travelable vehicle body 2, a boom 5 installed on the vehicle body 2 so as to be derricked, a bracket 7 pivotally connected to the tip of the boom 5 so as to be vertically swung in the derricking plane of the boom 5, an arm 9 fitted to the bracket 7 so as to be swung in a vertical plane at right angle to the derricking surface of the boom 5, a first leveling device installed across the boom 5 and the bracket 7 and holding the bracket 7 so that the swing center axis of the arm 9 is horizontal irrespective of the derricking of the boom 5, a working platform 16 pivotally connected to the tip of the arm 9 so as to be vertically swung in the swing plane of the arm 9, and a second leveling device installed across the arm 9 and the working platform 16 and formed so as to hold the working platform 16 horizontal irrespective of the swing of the arm 9.
