PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which facilitates automation of manufacturing of a pressure-resistant sheet by using a wire material, and to inexpensively manufacture a lightweight pressure-resistant metal sheet. SOLUTION: To solve above described problems, the following means are utilized. First, a plurality of first frames formed with a metal wire material or a metal belt-like material and similar second frames are combined to make the pressure-resistant sheet. Secondly, the first frame is made to be such a frame that has a length corresponding to one of the widths of the pressure-resistant sheet and a height corresponding to the height of the pressure-resistant sheet. Thirdly, a wavy lattice material forming a plurality of crests is fixed on the inside of the first frame. Fourthly, the second frame is made to be such a frame that has a length corresponding to the other width of the pressure-resistant sheet and a height approximately coinciding with the maximum amplitude of the wavy lattice material of the first frame. Fifthly, the wavy lattice material is also fixed on the inside of the second frame. Sixthly, the second frame is inserted into a required position on the inside of the wavy lattice on the first frame, and is fixed there. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
