摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer structure absorbing up and down vibration force at the moment when a wheel receives shocks. SOLUTION: The wheel buffer structure has at least two of plate pieces, a central mandrel, at least two hollow rigid rings with different diameters, and a tenacious buffer material. The central mandrel is disposed at the central portion of at least two concentric hollow rigid rings with the different diameters, further, the tenacious cushioning material is filled between the large diameter hollow rigid ring and the small diameter hollow rigid ring and between the small diameter hollow rigid ring and the central mandrel. Additionally, the rigid cushioning material, the hollow rigid ring, and central mandrel are closely coupled, and the inner end of the plate piece is coupled to the central mandrel, the plate piece is fitted into the small diameter hollow rigid ring and closely connected.
