FIELD: mechanical engineering+ADs- transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed pulse variable-speed drive has housing 1, drive shaft 2, wobbling plate 4, two mechanisms 13 and 14 for change of angle of inclination of wobbling plate, transfer members with overrunning clutches and driven shaft 23. Wobbling plate 4 is provided with bushes 5 and 6 and axle 11 located between bush 5 and bearing 7 perpendicularly relative to axle 3. Additional mechanism 14 for change of angle of inclination of wobbling plate includes carrier whose ends are connected with end face of bush 6 and with drive shaft 2. If it is necessary to reduce gear ratio of second mechanism 14, amplitude of vibration of plate 4 is increased. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of continuous regulation of gear ratio+ADs- reduced overall dimensions of variable-speed drive. 3 cl, 3 dwg |
