FIELD: transport engineering; road equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed device for forced stopping of vehicle contains reservoir with filler. Novelty is that reservoir is made of water proofing material, and dispersed material is used as filler, whose level coincides with level of road pavement. Device includes liquid inlet and outlet systems arranged in bottom part of reservoir and creating uprising liquid flow thus changing dispersed material into pseudoliquid state, and liquid discharge system creating downwards flow of liquid, thus changing dispersed material into thick state. EFFECT: prevention of damage of forced stopped vehicle, increased efficiency of operation of device owing to concealed arrangement of device on road and possibility of its sudden use. 3 cl, 3 dwg |
