FIELD: medicine, narcology, phytotherapy, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of medicinal agents of vegetable origin modifying toxic effect of alcohol. Invention proposes an agent representing grape crests extract containing 6 mg aromatic aldehydes, not less, and 370 mg of non-oxidized phenolic compounds, not less, as measure for minimal dose of agent. Agent can be made as an aqueous, dried or an aqueous-alcoholic extract. Invention proposes also method for preparing the indicated agent. Agent prepared by this method is standardized by the content of basic biologically active components that provides stable and statistically significant biological effect.
