<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus having an excellent washability, validation after washing, and superior in the quality and efficiency of a coating process. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary drum 2 is rotated around an axis A inclined with a specified angle θ with respect to the horizon. A treating gas is flown inside the rotary drum 2 from an air vent 7a of a ventilation duct 7 through an intake port 5 at one end part of the rotary drum 2. The gas is passed through a particulate layer 11, and flowed out to a discharge duct 8 through a ventilation duct 21a of a first disc plate 21 and a communication hole 22a of a second disc plate 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
