<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying apparatus by which a copy without image degradation is obtained for an original being in any state. <P>SOLUTION: When a copy start instruction is given on an operation part 180, a reading operation of image data of the original is performed (S22). Additional information added to the original is detected (S23) and an original file to the original is retrieved via a network (S24). Whether or not the original file is found is discriminated (S25) and when no original file is found, path information of a file obtained from the detected additional information is displayed on the operation part 180 and the additional information is edited (S28). Based on the additional information after editing, when the original file is found, PDL (page description language) job development of the retrieved file is performed on a PC, the file is transferred via a network 400 (S26) and outputted by printing it (S27). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
