PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that a vacant cell is unfamiliar with a liquid crystal and there is a danger of generating vacuum bubbles in cells because of no-existence of an annealing treatment, a yielding percentage is low due to the remanence as bubbles of an organic gas inside the vacant cell, it is required of setting a device such as a seal material curing work device, a de-bubbling device and a realigning device having a single function, respectively, and device setting space, device costs, etc., accompanied by those devices are also required, furthermore, it is required to repeat installations and extractions of the cells into chambers of each device, a carrying device and the moving-working space for the installation and the extraction are required, and products are in danger of being damaged during the carrying work. SOLUTION: Processes for curing seal materials, de-bubbling, and performing the annealing treatment of the cells, and for realigning liquid crystals existing in the cells are performed within the same device.
