摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive measuring instrument and a method for dynamic characteristics of concrete by a surface wave, which can easily and precisely measure the dynamic characteristics (rigidity and strength) of a concrete structure. SOLUTION: This nondestructive measuring instrument nondestructively measures the dynamic characteristics of the concrete structure 10. This measuring instrument is provided with a plurality of sensors 2 which sample wave signals of impact elastic waves generated, when applying an impact on the surface of the concrete structure 100 with a hammering device 1, on a plurality of different points on the same surface of the hammering surface; and a control device 3 which finds the traveling speed of the surface wave from the wave signals sampled in the plurality of points by the plurality of sensors 2 and deduces the dynamic characteristics of the concrete structure 10 based on the traveling speed of the surface wave.
