PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system wherein a portable telephone set for receiving a signal from a generator for generating a limit signal to limit a ringer tone of an incoming call received by the portable telephone set installed at an exist/entrance of an area can surely maintain a desired control state in the inside and the outside of the area. SOLUTION: First and second Bluetooth fixed stations 30a, 30b are respectively installed at an outdoor side and an indoor side (in a building) in an exit/entrance pathway of a place (e.g., a movie theater or the like) wherein the ringer tone of the portable telephone set receiving an incoming call is to be limited. The first Bluetooth fixed station 30a has a function of transmitting a signal to release the limit of the ringer tone of the portable telephone set receiving the incoming call by means of a very weak radio wave covering only the vicinity of the outdoor side of the exit/entrance pathway. The second Bluetooth fixed station 30b, on the other hand, has a function of transmitting a signal to limit the ringer tone of the portable telephone set receiving the incoming call by means of a very weak radio wave covering only the vicinity of the indoor side (in the building) of the exit/entrance pathway.
