PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily allow change for a measuring portion. SOLUTION: A fixed plate 31 is provided in an outer circumferential part of a circular hole 12 of a base 11, and a belleville spring 34 is laid on an extended part 33 extended from the plate 31 toward a center direction. A ring plate 35 is layered on the belleville spring 34, and a peripheral edge protrusion 38 of a support body 37 is laid on the ring plate 35 via a lower bearing 36. An upper bearing 39 is arranged in the peripheral edge protrusion 38, and a sliding plate 41 is provided between the upper bearing 39 and an internally fitted part 24 of a support wall 21. The sliding plate 41 is fixed onto the support body 37 by a fixing pin 42, and the sliding plate 41 is brought into pressure-contact with a face contact part 52 of the face-contacting support wall 21 by energizing force from the belleville spring 34. A neck part 63 of a nozzle 62 is inserted vertically movably into a through hole 61 of the support body 37, and a pin 65 penetrated through the support body 37 is inserted into a slot 64 of the neck part 63 to restrict vertical-directionally a moving direction of the nozzle 62.
