PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder which is used for powder molding, has excellent powder flowability, workability, and demoldability at the powder molding, and to provide a powder molded article obtained by molding the powder. SOLUTION: The powder for powder molding is characterized by dry-blending 100 pts. wt. of a component (I), 0.1 to 10 pts. wt. of a component (II) and 0.01 to 10 pts. wt. of a component (III). The component (I) is powder of a thermoplastic elastomer having an average particle diameter of 30 to 1,000μm and a melt flow rate of 10 to 200 g/10 min measured according to JIS K-7210 (1976) under a load of 21.18N at a temperature of 230°C. The component (II) is a thermoplastic resin powdery component having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 20μm and a glass transition temperature of 60 to 200°C.
