PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage fermentation disposer which (1) prevents rain from directly acting on fermentation materials, (2) is constructed to efficiently supply the air necessary for fermentation to the fermentation materials, (3) reduces heat radiation from the fermentation materials and (4) prevents entering of harmful insect pests into the fermentation materials. SOLUTION: (1) A structure provided with an external vessel 2 having vent holes 12, an inner vessel 2 having vent holes 13 on its side faces and a roof 4 inclined to flare to a lower part direction in the upper part of the external vessel 1 and the inner vessel 2, is formed. (2) Air is supplied from the vent holes 12 of the external vessel 2 to the fermentation materials such that the air passes spaces (14 etc.) among the fermentation materials, passes the vent holes 13 of the inner vessel 2 and is discharged from the vent holes 8 disposed in the upper part. (3) A cover 3 is used for heat insulation of the secondary fermentation disposer. (4) A suction means 10 for the harmful insect is added to the cover 3 of the secondary fermentation disposer.
