PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bagging machine for a drug bag capable of together handling a series of drug bags and also enabling the utilization of a drug bag tray. SOLUTION: This bagging machine 10 for the drug bag for charging a drug 3 in the drug bag 2 of a slip state, on which the data of the charging scheduled drug is printed, is provided with a cutter mechanism 52 for opening a curved line-like through-hole 2b in the drug bag 2, a hanger holding mechanism 54 for holding an elongated hanger member 53 in a freely detachable manner, a suspension means 55 for inserting the hanger member 53 in the through-hole 2b to hang the drug bag 2 from the hanger member 53 and a tray feed mechanism 57 for feeding the tray 56 to a place capable of receiving the hanger member 53. Further, a bottle delivery device is provided on the upstream side of the tray feed mechanism 57 and the through-hole 2b of the drug bag 2 is made wider than the cross section of the neck of a bottle.
