PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled tile carpet utilizing a recycling material such as used collected articles or edge materials at the time of manufacture, which is backed on the back side of a polyolefin-based material with vinyl chloride based resin, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The recycled tile carpet is manufactured by kneading and then pulverizing polyolefin-based waste tile carpets, mixing pulverized articles and a vinyl chloride-based resin sol composition, applying them to a coating belt with a coater, then laminating a base material for which pile is tufted on a base cloth and forming a resin backing layer on the back surface of the base material.
