PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, low-cost, and space saving helmet rack with which a storage place for the helmets can be changed at free will with the rack and all, and the helmets can be securely hooked without dropping off. SOLUTION: The helmet rack 1 is provided with horizontal bar members 2 which have curved portions 2a formed on the front face side along the upper edges and are laid in up-and-down stages with a prescribed space from the back face, a pair of leg members 3 which are attached in the depth direction to both lower side ends of the back face, and a pair of tumbling prevention attachments 4 which have screw holes and are projectingly mounted on both upper side ends of the back face, whereby the helmets H are fitted with their curved face parts through the curved portions 2a and are held between the back face and the bar members 2.
