PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the safety of an occupant in the event of rear-end collision of a vehicle while reducing weight and manufacturing cost, and to significantly improve flexibility in designing a vehicle seat. SOLUTION: A surrounding portion 6 almost surrounding a protruding section of a striker 4 is formed on a floor panel 3 side to distribute a load around the striker 4 by the surrounding portion 6 in the event of rear-end collision of the vehicle.
