PURPOSE: A guide rail of a sliding door for an air conditioner is provided to prevent wrong operation of the sliding door by restricting displacement of the upper stopper with distinguishing a guide groove of the upper stopper from a guide groove of the lower stopper. CONSTITUTION: A guide rail(100) guides movement of a sliding door(7) having upper and lower stoppers(7a,7b) to open and close a discharge port formed in a front panel of an air conditioner. A guide groove(100a) is formed in the guide rail to slide the sliding door up and down or back and forth, and composed of a first guide groove moving the upper stopper up and down, a second guide groove moving the lower stopper up and down or back and forth and a third guide groove bent and extended from the end of the second guide groove and crossed over the center of the first guide groove. Displacement of the upper stopper or the lower stopper is prevented with securely distinguishing the moving passage of the upper stopper from the moving passage of the lower stopper. |
