FIELD: mixing of components of explosive compounds. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for mixing of components of explosive compounds. The structure of the offered device for mixing of components of explosive compounds contains an upper and a lower vacuum mixers supplied with rabbles and screws. A discharge aperture of the upper and the lower vacuum mixers are supplied with valves. At that the valve at the outlet of the upper vacuum mixer has a cylindrical housing, on the end of which there is a fixed diaphragm made out of an elastic material The diaphragm is executed hollow with reinforcement in the form of a metal disc. Inside the diaphragm there is a spring, which presses it to the outlet aperture of the upper vacuum mixer. One butt of the spring touches the metal disc of the diaphragm and the other butt of the spring is sat on a hollow rod installed inside the cylindrical housing on a dog with a regulation screw having an inside channel to adjust the compression of the spring. Through the channel of the screw and the hollow rod the cavity of the diaphragm is fused to the outside atmosphere. The valve on the outlet of the lower vacuum mixer has a spinneret and an elastic diaphragm overlapping the outlet aperture of the lower vacuum mixer. This diaphragm is made in the form of a flat round plate with an aperture at its center. The spinneret on its inner side is supplied with the cone dissector, and outer surface of the spinneret contacting with the diaphragm is made conical. The invention ensures integrity of the produced compound including compounds with viscosity less than 0,2.103Pa.s EFFECT: the invention ensures integrity of the produced compound. 3 dwg |
