<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose with a bellows metallic conduit, comprising the bellows metallic conduit in an inner layer and socket hardware caulked on the axial end of a hose body at its outer face and suppressing the fatigue rupture of the bellows metallic conduit at its axial end with the repeating operation of inner pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The hose 10 with the bellows metallic conduit comprises the bellows metallic conduit 22 in the inner layer and the socket hardware 16 externally fitted and caulked radially inward to the axial end of the hose body 12 on which an inside elastic layer 24, a reinforcing layer 26 and an outside elastic layer 28 are laminated at its radial outside. An axially straight shaped portion 32 is provided on the bellows metallic conduit 22, extending 10 mm or longer from a third caulking position P<SB>3</SB>as a final caulking position on the socket hardware 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
