PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide apparatus that can selectively receive a desired signal in the light signals transmitted in an optical waveguide.

SOLUTION: The optical waveguide apparatus comprises the optical waveguide 1 and light I/O ports for inputting and outputting the light signal to the optical waveguide 1. The light input port uses a timing control signal inputted to the light input port as an electric signal, and receives the light signal inputted to the optical waveguide 1 from the light output port.
