PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a photoreceptor drum which can suppress the decrease in cylindricallity and sway accuracy of a molded photoreceptor drum even if a cavity die and a core die are displaced from each other and to provide a photoreceptor drum molding die used for injection molding of the photoreceptor drum. SOLUTION: The number of gates of a photoreceptor drum molding die is even. The gates 14a to 14f are disposed concentrically and diagonally. Among the pairs of gates arranged diagonally, the diameter of one of the pair of gates 14a and 14b is made larger than that of the other gate 14a. If the thickness of a cavity 13 is uneven, the gate 14b having a larger gate is positioned on the thicker wall side, and then a resin material is injected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
