PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web service providing device, a Web service providing method and a Web service providing program that can present a client with a service list of what Web services are available, excels in a security holding function and can present a list of contents changed according to the qualification of the client. SOLUTION: Client authenticating means 112 execute client authentication upon an access request from clients (121, 122). Web service list providing means (communication means and the like) provide a client passed on the client authentication with a list of Web services available to the client. When receiving a request for use of a Web service on the list from the client, a plurality of Web service providing means (communication means and the like) provide the clients (121, 122) with the Web service corresponding to the use request.
