PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a cooling medium leaks from a gap between a screw 25 and a hole 10. SOLUTION: A shielding body 26 is formed for preventing the cooling medium flowing between fins 23 from flowing into the gap between the screw 25 and the hole 10, and also this shielding body 26 is provided on the other plane of a base 22 and a screw part 28 for fixing the screw 25 is formed in at least either one of the hole 10 and the shielding body 26.
