PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information from a liquid supply tool to a liquid injection device body in a noncontact manner, precisely and without increasing costs. SOLUTION: A liquid injection device 100 is provided, which has the liquid supply tool 200 with a supply tool case 220 for storing a liquid sealing part 210, and the like; and a liquid injection device body part with a liquid supply tool arrangement part 310 for arranging the liquid supply tool, and a carriage part 130 which moves along the neighborhood of the liquid supply tool arrangement part. An information storage means loading part 231 formed projecting toward the carriage part side is set at the carriage part side of the liquid supply tool arranged at the liquid supply tool arrangement part. A penetration window part 320 for the information storage means loading part to penetrate is set at the liquid supply tool arrangement part. A carriage part side information storage means 410 is formed at a part corresponding to the penetration window part of the carriage part which moves near the penetration window part.
