PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely assist an output of an engine at a load increasing time by always holding the residual capacitance of a battery at a predetermined level or more. SOLUTION: The residual deviationΔEG of a present residual capacitance E from a target residual capacitance Ep of a battery 10 is calculated. The engine 2 is controlled (LD=Le+LR+ΔEG) so that the output LD of the engine becomes a value obtained by adding an outputΔEG corresponding to a calculated residual deviation to a calculated actuator side requested output (Le+LR).
