PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screwdriver which facilitates screw driving work and has good appearance and further is not offensive to eyes or ears without making noise due to movement of a ring member or the like. SOLUTION: The second stage columnar part with a barrel diameter smaller than that of a leading end of a handle part is formed on a surface of the leading end of the handle part 1, and the ring member 5 is fitted in the first stage columnar part with a large diameter, and a holding member 7 is attached to the second stage columnar part with a small diameter. An inner side surface 5a of the ring member 5 is closely or lightly in contact with the surface of the leading end of the handle part 1 and an outer diameter of the ring member 5 is made almost the same as that of the barrel diameter of the leading end of the handle part 1. A connecting piece cuttable with scissors is formed in the ring member 5 and protruded from the handle part 1, and this connecting piece is connected to a connecting line 3. A diameter of the holding member 7 is made almost the same as that of the ring member 5, and a holding surface of the holding member 7 is closely or lightly in contact with an outer side surface of the ring member 5.
