PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Grifola frondosa cultivation bottle set producing high quality Grifola frondosa. SOLUTION: The Grifola frondosa cultivation bottle set comprises a cultivation bottle 1, a primordium nascent stage cap 2 and a fruiting stage cap, wherein the cultivation bottle 1 is a wide-mouthed bottle type and has an opening at the top of a neck 12, the cap 2 is attachable to the opening and has a small opening 22c closed with a light translucent ventilation filter 23 at the top center of an expanded space 22 electing a short cylinder at the top inside center, and the fruiting stage cap has, at the top, an opening having almost the same size inner diameter as that of the expanded space and comprises an opaque and impermeable material. In the bottle, a cultivation medium 50 is filled up to about the same height of the opening, an opening spawn is inoculated thereon, the primordium nascent stage cap 2 is placed on the cultivation bottle to cultivate mycelium to raise a fruit body anlage and, after fruit body-raising, the cap is changed from the primordium nascent stage cap to the fruiting stage cap so as to spout up and to raise the fruit body.
