PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sampling vessel holder which allows the blood sampling operators to be devoted to the putting of a blood sampling needle into or out of the blood vessels of a person desired to draw the blood while reducing the pain of the person desired to sample the blood caused by piercing with the blood sampling needle and enables the safe and accurate blood sampling operation by enabling the operation with a stable posture for the blood sampling operators and also enables the safe and accurate blood sampling operation which makes the blood sampling operators free from the risk of erroneous piercing by the accurate determination of the proceeding state of the blood sampling. SOLUTION: A blood sampling vessel holder 1 is made as a cylindrical body 120 opened upward and a hollow needle 11 is built by protruding upward on the bottom part of the cylindrical body 120 and sealed up liquidtightly on the outer circumference thereof and wrapped with an elastic cap 2 with a rubber resilience. A hollow path 111 of the hollow needle 11 is bent at the bottom part of the cylindrical body 120 so as to communicate with a blood sampling means 4 from the side of the cylindrical body and a support part 13 is provided on the outer wall of the bottom part of the cylindrical body.
