PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the flow control valve of a working vehicle, which can smoothly control the lowering speed of an implement lifted or lowered with a hydraulic actuator and can easily be maintained. SOLUTION: The flow control valve of the working vehicle which has a check valve 18 and a control lever 16 threadedly engaged with a sleeve 20 on an oil passage 13 communicating with a hydraulic actuator 8 for lifting or lowering the implement, rotates the control lever 16 to move a ball 19 for forming the check valve 18 and thus control a flow rate returned from the hydraulic actuator 8 to the oil passage 13, and brings a rotation control tool 28 disposed on the control lever 16 into contact with an operation range control portion 29 disposed on the sleeve side to control the movement range of the control lever 16 is characterized by fixing the rotation control tool 28 (pin) to the control lever 16 in a state controlling of the forward or backward movement range, is characterized by fixing the rotation control tool 28 (pin) to the control lever 16 in a state that the tip of the rotation control tool 28 projects, and limiting the forward or backward movement range of the rotation control tool 28 in the sleeve 20.
