This invention relates to a new natural blend free of nicotine and tar. This blend consists of treated Jew's mellow leaves mixed with tobacco in a proportion between ten percent (1:9) to ninety percent (9:1). The new blend could substitute for the traditional one in a proportion of 100% (10:0). This blend could be used with cigarettes, narghile or pipe tobacco. It is characterized in that, it is almost free of nicotine, tar and drugs so it could help in reducing smoking harms as well as helping smokers to quit smoking.
