INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION CHARGING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a system capable of distributing effective advertisement information from each of local shops.

SOLUTION: This information distribution charging system is constructed of an information terminal device 3 connected to a center server 2 via a communication line 4 and receiving information distributed from the center and display it. The information terminal device 3 is provided with a control means 10 for displaying icons 14 and 15 in a display means 8, while the center server 2 is provided with a charging means 13 giving an instruction via the communication line 4 so that the icons displayed in a the display means 8 are updated and charging when the icons 14 and 15 are updated. In this way, the icons 14 and 15 themselves serve as advertisement windows dedicated to each home and an advertisement distribution enterprise.
