<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation dynamo-electric machine having a compact control circuit. <P>SOLUTION: This power generation dynamo-electric machine 100 is equipped with a control circuit 20. The control circuit 20 includes a Zener diode 21, a capacitor 22, a U-phase arm 23, a V-phase arm 24, and a W-phase arm 25. The Zener diode 21, the capacitor 22, the U-phase arm 23, the V-phase arm 24, and the W-phase arm 25 are connected in parallel between a positive bus-bar L1 and a negative bus-bar L2.
